Gunes Door Handle

Furniture Accessories, Hardware and Materials Design Gunes Door Handle by Elif Günes Gunes is a door handle designed for interior doors. The handle locks the door without a key. The user grasps the illuminated circle and turns it to the right or to the left. A red light shows the locked state, and a green light shows the unlocked state. The body is made of die cast aluminium with a brushed texture, and it can be coloured to match the interior. Circular lines spread from a single centre and refer to the turning action. The total width is 180 mm, and the illuminated circle has a diameter of 60 mm.
