Furniture Design Aurora Laptop Desk by Armen Khechadoorian Aurora is a laptop desk designed for use on the lap or on a sofa. The curved form is made from quarter inch bending boards that are glued and shaped between two templates. A smart notch of solid walnut is set into the board on both sides, so a charging cable can be held in place regardless of the outlet location. The notch also protects the cable from excessive bending. Solid walnut edging surrounds the desk, and the surface is covered with walnut veneer and a clear toner finish. The light weight allows Aurora to be lifted easily, and the length supports use with more than one device.
