Website and Web Design Yi Music Website by Xu Manye Yi Music is a website designed to present the music and culture of the Yi people, a minority nationality in southwest China. Icons on the site are drawn from traditional Yi patterns and architecture. The home page uses a green circle to represent the sun and the moon, which hold an important place in Yi belief. Visitors can listen to songs by Yi singers and create a personal music poster to share. A history page explains traditional instruments and their sounds, a game page tests listening skills, and an online shop offers albums.
