Radiance Iris Social Housing Complex

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Radiance Iris Social Housing Complex by Vigneswar Vasulingam Sivanesan Radiance Iris is a social housing complex located in Bangalore, India. The project contains 77 row-houses arranged along a central spine path with ten branches. Each branch forms a courtyard shared by six homes. Six unit types range from 160 to 250 square meters. A semi-open clubhouse of 1400 square meters stands at the entrance, and an open park with an amphitheatre closes the other end. Ninety percent of the existing trees were preserved. Each home receives natural light and ventilation while privacy is maintained.
