Hospitality, Recreation, Travel and Tourism Design Banboo Windows Sales Office by Kris Lin Banboo Windows is a sales office interior in Xiamen, China. The 1200 square metre space draws on Yuanye, the first Chinese monograph explaining the principles of garden building. Bamboo is used as the main landscape reference, and wooden grids let light and shadow interweave, recalling sunlight passing through a bamboo forest. Marble in the reception hall is balanced by the warmth of wood. The plan includes a reception area, a display area, a conversation area, a semi-open reading area, a children's area and a private room.
