Haishang Plaza Mixed-use Architecture

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Haishang Plaza Mixed-use Architecture by Luoya Tu Haishang Plaza is a mixed-use building complex located in an old residential district of Zhengzhou city. The project combines Soho and Loft towers, an indoor shopping mall and a large outdoor lifestyle plaza. The terraced massing steps back at the corners, creating clear entrances and bringing the facade down to a human scale. Green boxes are placed between the towers and the pedestrian corridors as shared and display spaces. Materials include glass fiber reinforced gypsum and concrete, aluminum panels and curtain wall glazing. A green roof system is also included.
