Mobile Technologies, Applications and Software Design Blood Value Service Platform by Siyang Xu Blood Value is a mobile application designed to connect blood donors with hospitals and patients. The main screen offers two functions: blood donation and blood demand. The donation section shows nearby qualified hospitals on a map and allows an appointment to be scheduled according to the physical condition of the donor. The demand section shows local hospital blood inventory by blood type and allows a request to be published so matching donors can respond. The platform works with cooperating hospitals to support legal donation and reduce blood trade.
