Fine Arts and Art Installation Design Tide and Stream Artistic Installation by Huifeng Lin Tide and Stream is an artistic installation created for a building in Guangzhou. The upper transparent part represents the tide, standing for things brought to Guangzhou from other places. Its colorful elements are intended to attract young people. The lower metal part stands for the stream, representing local inland things that are strong and rich in meaning. Characters that carry Cantonese culture and the life attitude of Guangzhou people are shown there as movable type plates. The installation is made of champagne gold stainless steel, transparent acrylic and silkscreen stainless steel.
