Architecture, Building and Structure Design Crestridge Residence Single Family Home by Colega Architects Crestridge Residence is a single family home created through the full remodel of a dated tract house. The new layout stays within the existing footprint of 2100 square feet on a down-sloping lot of 21,000 square feet. A vertical louver system in natural iron wood with black oxide hardware gives privacy along the front elevation. A vaulted great room and large windows open to a view of the Los Angeles basin. Two private wings at opposite ends of the house allow family and guests to live together with privacy.
