Urban Planning and Urban Design Fibonacci Spiral Industrial Park by Liu Jinrui Fibonacci Spiral is an industrial park planned for intelligent medicine in Shanghai. The site is surrounded by rivers that divide it into several islands, with the Dynamic Island at the center. Spiral sequences replace the central radial structure and link all the islands through boulevards. Circular podiums hold a testing center, an exhibition center, offices and social spaces. Most points lie within 300 meters of the Dynamic Island, where restaurants, shops, cafeterias and fitness rooms are placed. The islands create varied waterfront public spaces.
