Novacolor Paint Showroom

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Novacolor Paint Showroom by Peihe Xie Novacolor is a paint showroom in Shantou, Guangdong Province, China. The interior covers 180 square meters and displays more than 200 paint textures and colors. The showroom occupies a mall corner with low visitor flow, so attracting attention was central to the design strategy. A narrowed opening marks the transition into the space. A blue ellipsoid form is suspended above and echoes the curve of the plan. Materials include stainless steel, paint, microcement, transparent film and switchable glass. A tensioned membrane structure spreads soft light over the displayed products.
