CR Land Linyi MiXC Mixed Use

Architecture, Building and Structure Design CR Land Linyi MiXC Mixed Use by Aico Ltd CR Land Linyi MiXC is a mixed-use complex located in the historical district of Linyi, China. The project includes a retail podium with five floors above ground, an office tower and six apartment towers. A three dimensional park stretches across the blocks, unifying the surrounding urban landscape with nearby cultural spaces. The facade pattern is inspired by the local culture of kite flying and uses a collage of diamond shapes. Green materials improve the thermal performance of the building envelope, and the landscape follows sponge city planning requirements.
