Sunac Chongqing Dazhulin TOD Complex

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Sunac Chongqing Dazhulin TOD Complex by Aico Ltd Sunac Chongqing Dazhulin is a mixed-use transit-oriented complex in Chongqing, China. The design covers three plots arranged along the boundary of an adjacent canyon park, with a retail podium of six floors above ground and seven apartment towers. A corridor on the third floor of the shopping mall connects directly to a light rail station hall raised ten meters above the ground. The facade is made of regular hexagonal aluminum plates, and the roof platform uses a large cantilevered steel structure. The complex links shopping routes with leisure routes in the canyon park.
