Architecture, Building and Structure Design Ju Long Plaza SCPG Incity Mixed Use by Aico Ltd Hong Hai Ju Plaza and SCPG Incity is a mixed-use urban complex in the city center of Ji'nan, China. The development combines a shopping center, an outdoor lifestyle district, offices, a hotel and apartments on a site of 59,100 square meters. The northeast corner is opened as a cultural plaza, facing the Hongjialou Cathedral, a historical landmark of the city. At the center of the plaza stands the renovated Sister House, which is one hundred years old and marks the entry point. The outdoor district connects to the indoor mall on several levels.
