Uni-park Daxing Community Shopping Center

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Uni-park Daxing Community Shopping Center by Aico Ltd Uni-park Daxing is a five-story community shopping center in the south of Beijing. A co-living space occupies the third to fifth floors in the northwest corner and serves as a public place to rest and meet others. The three-story-tall space opens to the street through a large glass wall. Stepping terraces on the west facade create several outdoor activity areas. A rooftop garden is reached from the terraces and from the co-living space. A steel structure carries the upper floors, which overhang the main entrance by five meters.
