Interior Space and Exhibition Design Hongyang Kaisa Riverside Mansion Sales Center by Jay Lee Hongyang Kaisa Riverside Mansion is a sales center of 697 square meters in Nanjing, China. The interior follows the theme of four waters returning to the hall, in which rainwater from the sloped roof flows from all sides into a central patio. The layout draws on the sequential roofs of traditional Jiangnan houses and expresses Eastern wisdom through modern methods. Materials include metal grids with Chinese patterns, glass bricks, stone and a glass curtain wall. Sunlight through the skylight creates changing light and shadow.
