Interior Space and Exhibition Design Guiyang Vanke Guanhu Showroom by ONE-CU Interior Design Lab Guiyang Vanke Guanhu Sales Center is a 1000 square meter interior space for property sales, located beside a lake in China. The layout is open and integrated. A tall shelf holding books and artworks forms part of one wall. Light hues balance the large architectural structures and add a sense of layering. A water bar adjoins the resting and negotiation areas to create a social point. Window blinds reveal parts of the outside scenery. A sunken structure and a circular seating booth offer varied viewing angles. Materials include marble, bronze brushed stainless steel, steel net and wood veneer.
