High Heel Church Lighting Design

Lighting Products and Fixtures Design High Heel Church Lighting Design by Chia Yu Lin High Heel Church is a lighting design for a shoe-shaped building in a seaside park in Chiayi, Taiwan. The structure is about 17 meters high and 11 meters wide. Nearly 300,000 small glass pieces and 101 light fixtures are applied to the steel frame. Sunlight makes the glass flash during the day, while the wind moves the small pieces naturally. At night, calculated light angles give the building the look of a galaxy and make the heavy structure appear lighter. A light show with music is presented every hour, controlled by a DMX Art-Net system.
