Residence with the Green View Residence

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Residence with the Green View Residence by Chien Hung Lu Residence With The Green View is the interior design of a 148.5 square meter home in Taipei, Taiwan. The light industrial style avoids extra ornament and creates a simple and calm atmosphere. A wall in the old kitchen was removed to bring daylight into the rear balcony and to form a semi-open kitchen. An island counter improves air circulation between the kitchen and the dining room. Heat-recovery ventilation keeps the air fresh without open windows. The ceilings are coated with diatomaceous earth to balance indoor humidity.
