Chiaroscuro Jewelry Collection

Jewelry Design Chiaroscuro Jewelry Collection by Maya McCormack Chiaroscuro is a jewelry collection built from a single link form repeated in many variations. The links are 3D printed in ABS thermoplastic polymer already connected, which gives the pieces light weight and free movement. Selected links are cast in sterling silver, using rubber moulds and waxes taken from the prints. Natural dye and applied crystals add colour and texture on the front and the back, so the earrings can be viewed from all angles. Computer-aided design is joined with traditional silversmith techniques, so every piece begins from the same form yet ends as unique.
