The Winding Sunlight Library

Interior Space and Exhibition Design The Winding Sunlight Library by Wei-Ju, Wang The Winding Sunlight is a picture book library designed for preschool children. The layout is open and flexible, and areas are not strictly divided. Free curves, arcs and three-dimensional geometric forms guide movement through the space. Mustard green and turkey blue are combined with wooden materials for a calm and lively tone. Functions are hidden within cabinets, and rounded windows frame the views. Curved bookcases, a spiral reading room, a curved ladder and a wooden grid ceiling encourage free exploration by young children.
