Interior Space and Exhibition Design Rosefinch Hot Pot Restaurant by Jason Chan Rosefinch Hot Pot is a restaurant interior of 400 square meters located inside a shopping mall. The facade is 50 meters long and follows a flowing curved form that recalls a range of low hills. Horizontal and vertical structural elements replace the usual box shape, and the arcs extend the space in the lengthwise direction. The reception area at the main entrance repeats the same flowing form, and the lighting suggests cloud around a hillside. Materials include black titanium stainless steel, rippled mirror stainless steel, terrazzo, marble, jade, brass, wood and leather.
