The Osmanthus Grace Sales Center
GTD
Architecture, Building and Structure Design The Osmanthus Grace Sales Center by GTD The Osmanthus Grace is a sales center building located in the Yuhua District of Shijiazhuang. The design places two staggered bar-shaped blocks around an interior courtyard and an exterior landscaped courtyard, which remain independent yet linked. The three-story southern block combines solid stone with fully glazed sections, and the glass is covered by a fine metal grid with a spacing of about 150 millimeters. The two-story northern block is almost entirely glazed. Slender steel columns support the canopy overhang. The building will later serve as a public service facility.
