The Hub Tourism

Architecture, Building and Structure Design The Hub Tourism by Nidal Ammache The Hub is a mixed use development designed for tourism in Healesville, Victoria, Australia. The project combines a heritage market, an epicurean center, a brewery, a hotel, a restaurant and a function center. A pedestrian link connects all uses across the six acre site. The buildings step down to follow the topography, and earth materials relate the development to the surrounding landscape. The design concept brings the outside in and opens the site to walking visitors. The intent is to support local tourism while keeping the character of the neighborhood.
