Interior Space and Exhibition Design Sunac Emerald Coast Sales Center by DSC DESIGN Sunac Emerald Coast is a sales and experience center for a coastal property development in Wenzhou, China. The 4000 square meter interior contains a 1300 square meter sales space, a 2150 square meter life experience space and a 550 square meter auxiliary space. Independent functional areas are linked by a fluid circulation route, and each area has its own atmosphere. An ocean theme guides the design, with marine animal motifs used as decoration. Beige stone outlines the main structure, handmade glass bricks with rippled texture recall water, and the main hall ceiling is clad in LED panels.
