White and black form the main colors, while blue elements in the art and furniture echo the water outside. The walls are made of metal plates with folding lines, and gray blocks divide the different functional areas. The negotiation table and chairs are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic in conventional sizes, which reduces material consumption. Large windows admit natural light and lower the need for artificial lighting.
