The first floor is arranged according to living scenes and movement paths. The porch faces the central courtyard, where pine trees form a natural view in the window. A sunken living room and a dining room are placed next to the courtyard, separated but not closed, so the area looks spacious and bright. The basement begins with three atriums and is planned for leisure and sports with natural light. Materials include stone, wood finish, paint, carpet and furniture.
