The design responds to the local character of Taiwan Boulevard and Maple Garden. The roof form acts as a landmark and reflects the aim of a technological and sustainable green city. The first floor is connected with the surrounding open space. A roof garden with a large pergola serves as a shared living room for the residents. The open and green layout suits the subtropical climate. The lot size is 1707.5 square meters and the total floor area is 20805.2 square meters.
