Colorful Palette Educational Institute

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Colorful Palette Educational Institute by WEI-CHENG LIN Colorful Palette is a kindergarten designed in Hsinchu City, Taiwan. The building has a streamlined volume with curved walls and irregular classrooms that allow the layout to be changed at any time. A rainbow trail leads to a central square framed by colorful stairs, where a large camphor tree stands as the core. An ecological farm, a natural planting area, activity zones and a sandpit support learning through hearing, seeing and touching. The structure is reinforced concrete, and floors and walls are finished with weather-resistant stone paint in colors chosen for children.
