Interior Space and Exhibition Design Gentle L By Alan Yu Restaurant by Peihe Xie Gentle L by Alan Yu is a French restaurant located in Shenzhen, China. The interior covers 800 square metres and departs from the traditional restaurant layout. At the centre of the space stands a large steel column clad in hand-made wrinkled aluminium, and the wrinkles soften the column and form a visual highlight. Curved stainless steel screens separate the private rooms and keep a clear field of vision, so service is given without disturbing diners. The semi-enclosed plan offers privacy and changing views.
