The plan is arranged in earth tones, which keeps the space simple and elegant. An open staircase divides the home into two areas, with the public spaces below and the private rooms above. The wall from the entrance to the interior is made of fair-faced concrete boards, embedded with hand-made titanium-plated metals set in staggered lines. A study is placed under the stairs. The balcony is fitted with retractable curtains for flexible use. The two children's rooms are equal in size.
