Interior Space and Exhibition Design Fon 23 Office Building by Truedreams Construction CO., LTD Fon 23 is an office building interior designed around green building principles. The project covers 5561.1 square meters and was completed in Taichung, Taiwan. Extensive planting and water features on each floor help regulate the microclimate and reduce heat. Plants also increase oxygen and improve air quality. A beehive-shaped multi-layer green wall forms a vertical garden of flowers and grass. Solar panels on the roof generate about 25.8 kilowatts. Elevators use permanent-magnet motors and a power regeneration system. Shared halls and public facilities are open to companies and charities.
