Dragon Restaurant

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Dragon Restaurant by Zhenhua Luo Dragon is a restaurant interior located inside a financial technology office building in Beijing. The design covers 2500 square meters and seeks a calm atmosphere based on natural elements. A main challenge was that 80 percent of the dining space lies underground and receives no natural light. Nature is therefore simulated. A waterfall and a pool are formed in cast concrete with digital technology, and copper ducklings appear to swim on the surface. Private dining rooms recall the shape of a valley, with plants and seasons, and simulated light supports these enclosed areas.
