Interior Space and Exhibition Design Shaoxing IFC Tower Office by Zhuhai Huafa Properties Co., Ltd. Shaoxing IFC Tower is an office interior design for a landmark high-rise building in Shaoxing, China. The tower rises 168 metres over 26 floors and covers 55,000 square metres, with 2,400 square metres on each typical office floor. The entrance lobby has a floor height of 11.7 metres and includes a cafe for short breaks. Interior surfaces combine large slabs of white marble with rows of natural textured stone, framed in gold bronze metal. Local architectural motifs are simplified into modern geometric forms.
