Spring Breeze Office Space

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Spring Breeze Office Space by Qingtao Ji Spring Breeze is an office space in Kunming, Yunnan, China. The project is the renovation of a single-family steel-structured building with an indoor area of 1000 square meters. A wooden hanging house was built inside the original structure with traditional techniques, using tenon and mortise joints without nails. Two rows of columns and beams support the suspended rooms and corridors. A double-wall design controls the sunlight entering the work area through the glass facade. The wooden house forms a visual contrast with the steel building.
