The building houses about 1,600 students and was originally designed only for bedrooms. Several rooms were transformed to create lobbies, classrooms, self-study rooms, offices, exhibition spaces, recreational rooms, public kitchens and guest suites within a total area of 2,800 square metres. Natural stone, wood, white metal board and plaster are used in the public spaces. Glass walls and folding walls add daylight and flexibility.
