Interior Space and Exhibition Design Qabalan Bakery by Emad Amin Salameh Qabalan is the interior design of a bakery of 440 square metres in Amman, Jordan. The space is divided into zones for Arabic sweets, foreign bread, pizza and pastry, and Arabic pita bread, with a central display for cakes, desserts and chocolate. Crystal glass display units are lit at 4000 kelvin. Shelf heights are adjustable and baskets can be removed for refilling and cleaning. Staff circulation is separated from customer circulation, and service access comes from the back, since the bakery operates twenty four hours a day.
