Architecture, Building and Structure Design Shuibei International Center Office and Business by Aedas Shuibei International Center is an office tower with a podium mall, located in an industrial park. The tower is 197.5 meters high and has 43 floors above ground and four basement levels. The form is inspired by bamboo, and a segmented composition unifies the different functions. Multiple sky gardens are placed along the podium and the tower, creating habitable spaces for multiple uses and exhibitions. A landscaped staircase forms an exhibition space for cultural events on the podium, and blurs the boundary between interior and exterior.
