Construction and Real Estate Projects Design J.Lalli Valley Villa Residential House by gad J.Lalli Valley Villa is a mountainous residential development in Moganshan, China. The project covers a construction area of 23000 square meters and contains 130 households. The buildings are arranged in stepped rows that follow the slope, so each house receives good sunlight and a wide view of the mountain. Four residential groups share paths and pavilions, and each group includes a wheelchair elevator for barrier-free access. Stilt structures and fabricated steel components were used to limit damage to the mountain and its trees.
