Architecture, Building and Structure Design Villa Antioquia House by Dante Luna Villa Antioquia is a private residence located in Cap Cana, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The house covers 1130 square meters of construction on a lot of 2630 square meters. The design creates interior spaces that are physically and visually permeable to the exterior areas of the site. Local climatic conditions guided the use of natural ventilation. An extensive cantilever on the facade forms the entrance threshold. Native carved stone, wood coverings and large-format marble tiles shape the material palette.
