Miniature Size Landscape Photography

Photography and Photo Manipulation Design Miniature Size Landscape Photography by Katsuhiro Ohkuchi Miniature Size Landscape is a photography series that presents small natural scenes as if they were vast worlds. Grasses, mosses, flowers and other plants growing at the feet of passers-by become the setting. A one inch tall dwarf figure travels through each scene, and every view is composed as if seen through the eyes of that dwarf. The images are made with a wide macro lens, focus stacking for deep focus, and linear, occlusive and aerial perspective. The aim is to recall the imagined worlds of childhood and to encourage care for nature.
