Interior Space and Exhibition Design Lakeville Regency Residence by Andy Leung Lakeville Regency Residence is a private residence located in the center of Shanghai, China. The interior is designed in a modern colonial style. Black and white are contrasted throughout the space. Materials include terrazzo cut into small bricks, woven texture paper, and shutters with Far Eastern architectural detail. The living room features minimalist islands and a hanging fireplace. Details such as concealed doors and socket panels are treated in a minimal way, keeping function without disturbing the atmosphere of the space. The residence covers 280 square meters.
