Hill House Private Residence

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Hill House Private Residence by Edoardo Milesi Hill House is a residential building with two low-energy housing units. The design follows the morphology and topography of the site and forms part of a project for the re-naturalisation of the green area. A cantilevered structure and slender metal pilotis allow the units to rest on the ground at different heights. The two units share service areas on the ground floor and offer different ways of living. The dry construction uses natural and recyclable materials, including exposed coloured concrete, larch wood and pre-oxidised zinc-titanium sheet.
