Meta, Strategic and Service Design Welfare is Gold Harassment Prevention Strategy by Tekio Welfare Is Gold is a harassment prevention strategy created for a large mining group in Mexico. The strategy combines Welfare Commissions in each unit, an attention protocol, an intensive communication program and a web application that generates a personalized protocol for each contractor company. Printed and digital materials include infographics, posters, short animated videos, cartoons and memes. The protocol was co-designed with local employees and validated by the mining units. The intent is a workplace culture free of harassment.
