Architecture, Building and Structure Design Villas Alba Residential by Mercurio Design Lab S.r.l. Villas Alba is a pair of twin villas located on the island of Sentosa in Singapore, facing the sea and an adjacent golf course. The name Alba means sunrise in Italian, and the semi-circular form recalls the sun rising on the horizon. A terracotta roof in red and orange hues and a travertine facade give the villas warm tones. Inside, the color palette follows a gradation of sunrise tones. Extensive glazing and a timber pool deck link the living and dining space to the landscape. An attic sitting room overlooks an elevated courtyard.
