The Rossmore Penthouse Condominium

Interior Space and Exhibition Design The Rossmore Penthouse Condominium by Art Nesterenko The Rossmore Penthouse is a three-level residence located within an apartment building in Hancock Park, Los Angeles. The interior covers 7,000 square feet and includes four bedrooms and a private roof with a pool. The design is inspired by Art Deco elements. Natural materials and cross laminated timber are used for floors, walls and roofing, creating an open and airy character. A sculptural staircase wraps around an open-sky garden, bringing daylight and outdoor views into the interior. The design joins the historic character of the neighborhood with contemporary interior design.
