Bzj Textile Factory

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Bzj Textile Factory by KEREM Akin Bzj is a textile factory in Bursa, Turkey, with a total floor area of 8000 square meters. Production, distribution and administrative functions are combined under one roof. A double facade wraps the building. Glass curtain walls and windows form the inner layer, and perforated aluminum panels form the outer layer. The perforated panels control natural light and heat through the day and the seasons. A prefabricated concrete structure was used for speed and economy. Structural, electrical and mechanical systems are left visible in the administration area.
