37 Interactive Entertainment HQ Highrise Building

Architecture, Building and Structure Design 37 Interactive Entertainment HQ Highrise Building by Guowei Zhang 37 Interactive Entertainment HQ is a high-rise headquarters building in China. Modules are used across the plan and the elevation, which reduces construction time and cost while keeping the quality of the work. Office modules, conference modules and event modules are arranged within a standard rectangular space, and their number and position can be changed on typical floors. A modular facade system responds to the climate of the Lingnan region. The shading pattern is denser on the east side than on the west, so natural light is kept while solar radiation and energy use are reduced.
