The project covers 1250 square meters and serves entrepreneurs and small teams. The dreamer concept guides the layout, which joins an open work area with a coffee bar module. A conference room holds an inspiration wall made of 2000 pencils. A rotating sofa and a lighting system add variety to the shared space. Vertical lines at the entrance make the interior appear higher. Wood tones and white surfaces soften the tension of the office setting.
