M Loft Apartment Renovation

Interior Space and Exhibition Design M Loft Apartment Renovation by Linc Zhang M Loft is a renovation of a micro apartment in Shanghai created for a single resident who works from home. The layout joins living and working areas, and provides generous study and storage space. Birch board with a soft color and clear texture is combined with large white surfaces, so the interior stays bright and open although only one window is present. Matte black details add a calm tone. Slim metal handrails were welded on site, with mitered joints that keep the connections almost invisible.
